Geoffrey Potts was a qualified accountant and administrator who enjoyed sourcing, supplying and creating fine food, whilst working at the same time. He felt the produce available in his home state of Victoria was second to none, but the demands of working life meant that he could not always enjoy the "BEST". As a result of a management decision, Geoffrey, in the middle of a Career Change, and after some positive evaluation, decided to offer his services to the busy professional person and Market Man was born.
