How does Market Man work?

A new customer is supplied with an order/prompt form and it is a simple matter to fill in your requirements, delivery details and either phone or fax the form to me. It is assumed that most customers would like their produce delivered on a Thursday or Friday. Consequently, your order must be placed by 10PM on Wednesday (faxes by 12 midnight as Geoffrey desperately needs his Beauty Sleep!).

The orders are then sorted into food types, added together then delivered to the suppliers for filling. Your personal order will then be made up and delivered to you in accordance with your delivery instructions. Naturally, delivery can be to your office or home and all food is delivered in a sealed, returnable, plastic container. Whilst this system may require some planning on your behalf, rest assured Market Man is available to assist with ideas when you place your order.
